She may be a freshman but Ashley has transitioned comfortably into the high school strings program, having studied the violin in the public school music program since 5th grade. She is also a member of the school’s Mariachi Band. She is particularly excited for the opportunity to learn music that is part of her culture. She hopes to be able to teach music to somebody else someday! Congratulations, Ashley!
Winter Concert, Dec.12 at 7pm at the Orcas Center.
Ashley and her fellow high school musicians will be performing at the High School Winter Concert at Orcas Center on December 12, at 7 pm. The community is invited to enjoy a lovely evening of music!
