Happy New Year! You can enjoy this lovely concert recording @orcascenter website or via this link: Join us for an evening of beautiful music, as our talented student musicians display their hard work and dedication. This festive concert will feature a diverse selection of music, from classical to contemporary, performed by the Orcas High School Band, directed by Darren Dix, and Strings, directed by Pamela Wright. This is a wonderful opportunity to support the arts and celebrate the achievements of our young musicians! Music Student of the Month, November 2025 — October 2025 Music Student of the Month We support both Orcas Island School District (OISD) levies on the ballot this November 4. The high school band and strings performed their first concert of the school year on Monday, October 20, at 7pm in the high school gym. These student musicians delighted family and the Orcas community with a short selection of tunes while dressed in playful looks. Please mark the date, Thursday, December 18, at the Orcas Center Main stage for their winter concert!
